This is a whimsical decorative clay sculpture. This piece needs a generous but not excessive indoor space…the sculpture is slightly under 5 feet tall and 2 feet wide. The 17” x 17” base supports the piece and allows you to use the inner hardware that secures the sections, and allows the piece to stand securely.

Please note: the sculpture comes apart in sections for easier moving and installation.

This piece has its own magical history. The previous owner damaged the original piece and wanted it repaired.

He decided to use the original for a master to make a bronze replica. I repaired the ceramic using it for the master and made the bronze version. The collector was pleased with the study bronze.

Left with a partially repaired ceramic sculpture, I put on my restoration gloves and improved the piece… better than new!

As the artist of both the original and the restored vision, I feel this ceramic sculpture in its present evolved state is more successful than either the original ceramic or the bronze replica.
