Returns + Exchanges
We want you to be pleased and happy with your jewelry. We work hard to insure that our jewelry compliments you. However, once in awhile (our return rate is less than .001%) you may want to exchange or return a piece. We will credit, refund, or exchange Claire’s original jewelry within 30 days of purchase.

Custom orders, including pieces that have been lengthened or shortened. We will repair any faulty custom piece.
Faulty clasps or workmanship: We will repair or replace.
Broken necklaces: We will restring, free of labor charges. A nominal materials fee may apply to replace missing parts.
"Oh, no I lost one of my earrings! It was my favorite pair. What can I do?" There is an excellent chance that we can replace it. However, we will need the earring you still have returned to us to create match. We will charge you 50% of the current cost of the pair plus $5 shipping and handling. You can arrange this by phone or email.
We provide free gift wrapping. We choose our paper and ribbon with care. Nancy and Mary Jane really do a great job. Erin will do her best, avoid letting Claire wrap your gift.
