We want you to be pleased and happy with your jewelry. We work hard to insure that our jewelry compliments you. However, once in awhile (our return rate is less than .001%) you may want to exchange or return a piece. We will credit, refund, or exchange Claire’s original jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Claire reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking charge.

Exclusions

Custom orders, including pieces that have been lengthened or shortened. We will repair any faulty custom piece.

Faulty clasps or workmanship: We will repair or replace.

Broken necklaces:  We will restring, free of labor charges.  A nominal materials fee may apply to replace missing parts.

Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

We provide free gift wrapping.  We choose our paper and ribbon with care.
