Spanish Melody pays homage to the vibrant Hispanic Culture of the New Mexico. Claire saw beautiful carved wooden crosses (stations of the cross) in a local antique store and asked for permission to sketch them. She researched the history and images of the reblos that are displayed in our local churches as objects of veneration. The large piece in this necklace is not surprisingly Santa Clara.
